Funny you should mention that. Me and Peter drove all the way down to Norwich and back yesterday, and he came home with a Firebird, lol.
Its not a 3rd gen though, pic to follow

Its a 1999 3.8 V6 White Firebird, hardtop, manual. lovely car ! there maybe some knight rider related modifications happening with it in the future though.
Cant find the lead for my phone to get the picture off but the same as this apart from its a hardtop and its got a ma-hoo-sive exhaust so its rather loud

This one also looks wrong, cobbling bits off a 3rd gen to a 4th gen, cowl hood ? meh, not sure about the pointy nose either
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Something simpler like that but with the flat hood ?

Nah, another couple of bad Photoshops. The nose will stay the same except with the front V removed to accomodate a scanner. Also, the wheels will not be the same as the 3rd gen. they will be black with a chrome lip but of a more modern design.

How about a set of these BMW Alpina wheels Peter, i think the spoked section painted black to match the car and the outer rim left unfinished silver, and perhaps replace the Alpina logo for the red Pontiac arrowhead ? bang tidy !

Yeah, could be an option. Was looking at some deeper dish 5 thick spokes but these do have a nice touch to them.

Hey, lay off KIFT you motherless sons of Camel dung!!!!
It wouldn't have looked anywhere near as bad if it had been black instead of bright red.

I thought the front end looked alright as it had the sloping front like the original, but the back was weak and i hated the wheels. Thats the best i can do Tony sorry....... oh and the interior was lame too.
Basically what im trying to say is, i didnt really care much for the 4000, lol

I also hated the 4000, at the start of the movie when you saw the crate full of KITT bits, i would have nipped to the scrap yard, picked up a trans am, and stuck it back together with what was left, even with the missing components it would have still been better than the 4000.

LOL, I didn't like it either, but I just feel sorry for it when everyone in the KR community picks on it.
It wasn't KIFT's fault it was so ugly, blame the designer

The GTA wheels I've got have just been sold to a guy on POC forum with a 4th gen, doing the exact same thing.....I think they look great.
Awseome Scott....that car was a great deal, if its anything as good as those Ebay pics it was a steal at that price....feeling a slightly jealous now lol!
