Video works now and indeed I too hear that slight high "whine" sound in the audio. Image quality looks sharp though. How's your dashcam connected to the car, power socket/cigarette lighter socket or hard wired? I'm just wondering if the sound might be some RF interfering sound from some wire or the power lead? Does it have battery? Is that sound there if you're recording only by the battery and no wires connected to it?

It's installed on the windshield and powered by the cigarette lighter.
The dashcam also has battery.
I haven't tried that yet to let it recording only by the power of the battery, will try that to see or it still has that high beeping tune.
The dashcam slides into the bracket on the windshield, but the sliding part is not perfect, so the dashcam moves a little. I putted a small piece of cardboard between it and now it's solid, so the images must become even sharper now.

Received another modelcar, sort of Knight Rider vehicle, namely Team Knight Rider's Knight Alpha
Ford Ka in silver colour, 1/43 scale and made by Minichamps but this being in Ford package means it probably has been available in Ford Dealerships. Got this one in used condition.

Funny enough, when i needed a cheap runaround car I almost bought a Ford KA in black with silver bumpers. Was going to paint the bottom half silver as well and put an amber scanner in the Grille and where it has KA on the back i was going to put RR next to it so it said KARR.
As it happens, the wife has a purple one of these and I bought a 1:43 scale model last weekend and stripped it to paint it purple like her car.

It would have been which is why i decided against it. It would have been a tongue in cheek humour that only us Knight Rider geeks would have got lol.

That was cool story, a Ford KARR
I remember sitting once in silver Ka just like this model back in the 90's at a Ford dealership and thought it was really small car, too small for me. At the time I was driving a 1990 Mazda 323 sedan so compared to that it indeed was small. Later though in 2011, after all I bought even smaller car, a Suzuki Alto Unfortunately there's no model of that car.

It's a little silent, so I thought let's post some new nice photos again!
I stored my Nissan 300ZX TT for the winter and I'm now driving my Mercedes CLK convertible.
I's the first time since I own it, so now I can see how it is technical and solve the problem with the convertible top.
I already went to the Mercedes garage to connect it to their computer and the problem is that I need another convertible pump and the computer is defect.
They have the correct parts which are still installed on a damaged car they have, so now I'm trying to sell my wrong convertible pump, so I can buy theirs.

Nice Pics. NIce car as well. I love Automatics. Everyone says "no, it has to be a manual to be a real drivers car" but if i could get my Civic type R that i have now in an Auto, i'd do it in a heartbeat.
I have loads of updates soon but with my car and stuff being at home and my PC at my mams it's a little hard to get the photos on.

It comes originally from Spain, it drove their for it's first 10 year.
I also love automatics, I only want to drive automatic (for my own cars then) simply because it's so much more relaxed.

Very nice Benz How many cars you now have when everything is included?
Re: Your "tic"

To many! hahaha!!
I have 11 cars now...
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The right one on the bottom is a car that's in Carlow - Ireland and still needs to be transported to The Netherlands, but I have nobody who can bring it over.
Most likely I have to sell my completely restored Mustang, because I want to buy a big piece of land in Portugal.
First I had 21 cars, but I sold 3 and traded 7 others for the Mercedes CLK convertible....
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The garage that I need to rent became to expensive, so I had to get rid of some cars unfortunately.
I had a great Mazda Xedos collection.
They are cheap to buy, so that's why I also had so many of them.

If I ever get an own big barn or garage I will start it over again.

Very nice, congrats! The groupshot helped me realize the Xedos has gotten a facelift, probably at the late 90's after the Mazda badge was changed to "M" style. It's very rare car here in Finland and I think it was imported here around 1995 with the original look.
Do these cars have any common failure points which you may have had to repair in them?
Glad you were able to keep at least two of them and hopefully you'll be able to get the full collection back when those other things are finished

I do feel a little bad about giving up my Xedos collection besides the fact that I got another great car back for it (the CLK convertible), but I only did it so had to pay less for the storing place for my cars.
I'm 100% sure that I will start over again one day, but before I do I need an own space, so I don't have to rent anything anymore.
Then it's only a matter of spending some money to buy a car and that's it!
I wanted to get World's biggest Xedos collection, it sounds great atleast.
I also like a lot of other cars, so once in a while I would also add something else nice, like a Vauxhall (Opel) Calibra, Mercedes SLK, Talbot Matra Rancho, Studebaker Avanti (I réálly love this car!!), an old VW beetle, AMC Pacer, BMW E34, BMW 840i, Mazda RX7, Mazda MX5, maybe some nice cheap Jaguar's, etc., to many nice cars to choose!

Indeed that sounds great and very nice cars you listed there
If I'd win the lottery I'd like to collect some nice cars as well and have a good storage building for them but so far have to settle for scale models, for example the Opel Calibra in 1/43 and 1/18

Some of the Calibras were made here in Finland at Uusikaupunki plant and have been reading they did only 2-3 convertible prototypes, maybe just one was actually finished. The Uusikaupunki plant has lot of experience about convertibles, they did, I believe all Saab 900 convertibles. Today they make Mercedes-Benz A-class and next year they start making also Mercedes-Benz GLC, it's the new SUV model.
So all Calibra convertibles on the road are probably made by some German aftermarket (?) company. I believe Opel never did official convertible version about Calibra. Nice lines in the Calibra cabrio and even as a hardtop it's great looking car, maybe even a more modern, european KITT candidate
Nice Calibra that grey one, it's popular tuning car here too

My new daily driver, a 2002 Mercedes A140 automatic.

I have nice half leather seats for it, I only still have to install them, I already installed the rear one which also has the special option child seat.

Nice Mercedes Do you still have your other Mercedes cars?
Recently got myself new dashcam. As I tend to be a cheapskate, didn't want to pay lot of money for it so ended up with a "coffeemaker" brand , namely a Braun B-box T4 dashcam, supposedly with FullHD resolution. Image is sharper than my old dashcam but the processor seems to be underpowered as with fullHD setting the video doesn't run smoothly. I also suspect it's not natively FullHD but interpolated from lower resolution to 1920x1080.
It works much better with lower resolutions. Still as the video codec is mjpeg, some pixelation appears sometimes.

Yes, I still have my other two, my '94 Combi and the 2001 CLK convertible.

That's funny, a few days ago I saw the same Ferrari, I think it was a convertible version.
I'm also saving money to buy a dashcam.
I had the DOD LS 470W+, but I had to return it, it was not ok.
