Shipping within Europe

Hi all,

I was curious is shipping cheap within Europe? Ex: UK to Italy, France, Greece, Germany, Switzerland, ect.... any country around there, within each other.
For a box size:
8" x 4" x 4" or 21cm x 11cm x 11cm

Weight: 12.5 oz

It is way too much for me to ship things from here, US to europe. Costs close to $60, because I ship Express with insurance.

I posted my GTA map pouch to Switzerland last week and it cost me £4.45, which is what, about 8/9 dollars ? That was just through the post office, standard international airmail.
