KRUK Norton Threat ???

Recently every time I try to open KRUK in GOOGLE CHROME, it comes up with a NORTON MALICIOUS WEBSITE RISK PAGE which I must then click on OPEN PAGE ANYWAY, NORTON says there are 158 known risks on the page, I have run a FULL scan on my computer with NORTON and found no problems at all, and all other websites work fine.

Just thought I would mention this, as I was curious to know if anyone else has had these issues, and thought the admin guys may want to know about it in case it is an issue others have had recently

Weird, i always use Firefox as my browser and ive never had a problem with the forum. Maybe its a problem within Chrome itself ?

I too use Firefox and have no problems

No problems in chrome here, but then again I don't use Norton.

I am using Internet Explorer and am getting the same Norton message as Geordiesharp. It has only started happening in the last 5 days.

Gareth I fixed mine, I apologise if anyone thought I was blaming the site, but my issue was caused with an ad malware thingy

Unfortunately Gareth I can't remember what it was called but, if you see some writing on KRUK that is in BLUE and when you hover the mouse over it you see an advert popup, look on that page to see who sponsors or created the advert the search google for a way of removing it or go here

download the free version of this software, and run it a few times it worked for me

these bast#+d things are hidden so deep in the computer once you get them its a nightmare to find and remove .

Using Windows 8, Firefox 21.0 + Norton Internet Security and yes it has been happened to me.
It seems to warn about the forum.st, I can open knightrideruk.com & view the forum without problems but if I open a discussion thread to another tab in my browser, Norton prevents it.
For example:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Malicious website was prevented says Norton and 158 threats are listed in the report, 157 viruses and one drive-by download.

My guess is that these are some other "forums" or websites in the forum.st service provider which are infected?

I don't have any blue or underlined words with popup ads here or any other forum I visit and Norton doesn't find any viruses or other crap from my computer.

I use Norton and just tried opening it in Chrome and got no warning at all.

I've added it to the Webmasters tools and will inform you if Google detects any malware but for now there's none. I think Halloween Knight could be on the right track for this with the forum.st and you can always add the website to your white list.
Once the McAfee locked me out of HoffSpace because it blacklisted ning server IP and not the website itself but then I white listed it and all good. I prefer Norton tho lol

Added a signature now which tells who I used to be at old KRUK to avoid confusion. Hope it helps.
