I offered them in the past, but because of some problems with the person who delivered them to me, I stopped the production. I did receive three requests for them, in case there is more serious interest in them, I'm going to look into this to produce them myself somewhere.

Good news!,...looks that I have found a company that can make the floor mats!! I'm going to visit them very soon, they are in the city where I live, so couldn't be better!

Just came back from the floor mat company, they are now going to search for an as close as possible fabric as the carpeting piece I brought. When they found it, they can tell me a price, because it depends of the price from the fabric itself.

How many are there that like to buy a set floor mats with logo for sure? I need to know in front, because the floor mats are more expensive to invest in for me then expected, because of the quality the floor mats company will fabricate them in.

If I order 15 sets at once, the price will be 215,- euro / $240,- / 166,- GBP for a set. (front + rear, the front have the "Chess" logo stitched in them then)...else they will be more expensive what I don't want.
Can we reach this number?

Good news, I went to the floor mat company today and theyare willing to fabricate te floor mats already when I reach 10 customers, so that means only three more to go!!

They showed me the difference in quality, they also have a cheaper fabric, but the bottom is cheap stuff, just like the original fabric that easily brakes.
I want quality parts, so I choose for the better and more expensive fabric.

I just received an order for four sets from Japan, so we have made it to reach the ten persons!

The floor mat company needs about three weeks to fabricate them, but before they can, I need to deliver them four floor mats, so they can copy them.

Yeah, I totally understand about the quality mate.

Had it been a different time i'd have gone for those but with so much work needing doing to my car I can't justify spending that amount on mats at the minute unfortunately (especially since i haven't even got the carpet in the car yet lol).

We can shake hand Peter, I also have a bunch of work to do to my Pontiac...it's not funny anymore, I almost loose the hope that it will drive again in the next ten years.

I don't want to loose hope, but it's so much work that I have to do.
There is fog in the filler which creates littly air bubbles underneath the paint job, so I have to remove everything, let it making smooth again and a new paint job, only this costs already a lot of money.

There is some rust on the front windshield style and around the T-tops.
Almost everything leak oil, transmission, the engine, etc., also the engine has problems.
When I hit the gas and then let go, it stays at the high level when I pushed the gas, it does not go back to a normal running engine.
Also sometimes it just doesn't want to start, I have to wait for a minuet or so and then it starts again with some difficulty.

And then the interior, the fabric from the headliner comes loose, I need a new dashboard and electronics, some of the electronics don't work anymore.

And actually I also have to restore my rear axle, when I slow down it makes the same noise of a city bus slowing down, but I could fix that later, that's not a big problem or something to worry about.

I just decided to lower the price for the floor mats, instead of 215,- euro / 180,- GBP / $237,- I’m going to offer them for 195,- euro / 163,- GBP / $215,-.
With shipping included outside Europe it’s 231,- euro / 193,- GBP / $254,-.


The floor mat company charged me suddenly less for 15 sets.
