Coding KeyPad season 1
Sun Jul 11, 2010 6:59 pm
Well its summer a really hot summer...
i am spending a week in kyklades greek island Naxos and when sun sets; i do some relax in hotel room balcony looking for new ideas on mine KR project.
These days i make a search on lower console coding keymap accuracy.
Bill Gunter makes it, Christian Forget makes it , Dan Colie makes it
but which is the most accurate?
Does original have black buttons with red/green/orange colored labels or red/green/orange buttons with "black-white letter" labels?

Knight Designs usually leads the way with accuracy however, Billy has decided to stop making parts just a few days ago so id email him quick to see if he has any left as i assume he wont be making anymore.
Juptier has them available right now on ebay, just depends how accurate you want it to be

Don't forget about Zapper 80 on ebay. His is pretty nice also. Billy has the correct size caps for the green and red buttons. I have not got the new ones from Christian, but they look tall from the pics. It all depends on what you want as a hobbiest.
