XBOX 360 game suggestions

Hi,
Im due an op on my right knee in the coming month, so to kill the hours I'll be sat around before I can walk, Ive bought a second hand Xbox 360. Are there any games I NEED to get and what should I stay clear of?

COD Modern Warfare 2 is supposed to be brilliant on the 360, that should wile away a few hours.

im a PS3 owner myself but i happen to know Forza 3 is awesome, and you can buy an 87 Trans Am GTA

ive got COD MOD 2 and its awesome, highly recommend that mate.

I'm throwing Ghostbusters: The Video Game in the lot. If you love the movies, it puts you right in them! It is by far the most impressive movie sequel in the form of a video game I've seen in a very long time and brings back the original cast/characters for the voice work sans Rick Moranis.

You get trained by all the original Ghostbuster crew and catch ghosts with them and you use updated upgrades to the proton pack as well as scan for ghosts with the EKG meter and so on.

It is an actual sequel in video game form to Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters 2.

The other game I like is Uncharted which is very Tomb Raider/Indiana Jones like starring a guy named Drake who is looking for El Dorado.

The sequel is cool as well, though a hell of a lot harder I feel to follow due to its non-linear storytelling.
