KnightCon 2011 For Me

Well what can I say.
Absolutely fantastic, I had a great time, and was brilliant to meet everybody again.
Steve, Rob and KnightCon crew did a fantastic job and the Guests where polite and very easy going, I had quite an intimate and lengthy conversation with Peter Parros.
I got David Hassellhoffs Autograph and came away with more experience regarding building the replicas.
Thank you very much everybody involved and I will post some pictures soon.

Ditto on that mate, It was a bit hectic but it was great, was awesome to see everyone again, old and new faces alike and the weather ! my god, since knightcon 07 we have really been blessed on that front.
Many thanks to the knightcon crew for all their efforts, and i feel bad now because rob asked if i could help take down the stage, i said yes but after i got back from the petrol station everyone was leaving, sorry mate.
Peter Parros, what a cool laid back sort of guy, i had a good chat with him on the friday night, i asked him if he was indeed a car guy, like us and it turns out hes got a ford falcon convertible that hes working on and hes had it since 1982 ! showed me pictures of it on his phone.

It's was a fantastic event! I would go as far to say it was one of the best days of my life! There was something for everyone. Star Wars, Back To The Future, Doctor Who, Ghostbusters, the list goes on!!
The guests, as always, were awesome!
Mike Scheffe was brilliant in his talk about his work, really interesting stuff, though he would disagree. Modest as usual! A true gentleman!
Rebecca Holden, beautiful and warm and......I could go on. Everyone who met her knows what I mean!
Peter Parros at his first Knight Rider event, what a star! A really nice guy, you'd think that he had been doing Knight Rider events since the '80's!
And the icing on the cake, David Hasselhoff! A star in every sense of the word. Really busy but tried to ensure that everyone in the room was not missed. He wished he had more time and did as much as he could for as many as he could.
Hayley Roberts, Davids girlfriend, was lovely. Warm, honest, accommodating and got me into liking iced tea!
All the replicas were amazing! The work you guys put into them only makes me realise that I would never have the time to own one, even if Adele would let me get one!
More importantly though, above everything else, the cars, the guests, everything - the people! Through Knightcon, we've made, I believe, lifelong friends. People who will be remembered for sharing this fantastic day together and hopefully many more to come!
Also my thanks go to Rob, Steve, Sam, Stu, the other Rob and oh-so-many more!

Well it all sounds like it was a savage weekend and i'm gutted I missed it. On Thursday I had a row with a con-saw with a diamond blade and I lost. Following on from the hospital visit and the 18 stitches I was unfortunatly unfit to attend. Needless to say I wasn't happy but well done to the lads. They put on a great event by all accounts
Well done

QUOTED...Through Knightcon, we've made, I believe, lifelong friends. People who will be remembered for sharing this fantastic day together and hopefully many more to come!
"Believe that" is all i can say....
I've made many true friends through owning a KITT Replica & lost some too as they didn't understand that i'm not mad talking to my car....
It was indeed a Great Weekend for all & it will be very hard to beat it next year being it's KNIGHT RIDERS 30 birthday....
Steve, Rob & The Knightcon Krew.... clap, clap, clap, clap..... a round of applause to you guys...
As for the KITT owners... why leave it until just Knightcon to get together... Any-one up for camping... lol
