SPM creator Jay ohrberg and his wife Karen (who worked as a costume designer) appeared in Season 4's 'Knight of a Thousand Devils'.

The guy in the orange jumpsuit from the pilot demolition derby
( pictured above with Jack Gill )

He is Terry Leonard stuntman, was dragged under a truck for Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) in 'Raiders of the lost ark', Drove a severed car down a bridge in LA for the movie 'Blue Thunder' And almost severed his legs trying to recreate a yakima canutt stunt in the movie 'The legend of the Lone Ranger'.

Sorry to chime in to a thread, but I could not let my fave stuntman go unnoticed )

A little bit off-topic but it's worth remembering that as well as his directing, physical stunt work, stunt driving and acting credits on the show, he also did a fair bit of motocyle work too...
