Did you buy the car Dale or just go to view?
Please also consider contacting the seller in private to discuss any issues you may have before broadcasting it publically. Everyone has a different idea of what good condition is and offset that against the price asked for/paid.
Mine was advertised as excellent but then when i got dfown too it, it was a dog. I spent a LOT of money getting everything professionally sorted but now still consider the car to be a worthwhile investment.
