Here's my wife's new ride.... She was looking at the classifieds and she found a ride that she has been wanting since she was 16(me too) well here it is....

Not bad huh? Well , she tells me before I see it that she wants to make this into a racer like her other ride. She's a racer , No wonder I can't ever keep up!!!

WEll...... She ask me if I had 900.00 dollars plus 100.00 to deliver it.....Is there anything wrong ...NOPE! Engine runs, just needs headers .....has new performer intake, holley....etc, etc..... 100,000 miles on it.... Not bad for a grand if I do say so myself

Yey, my jaw hit the ground when he took the cover off. Couldn't believe it. In person, it was like , WOW! How much again? Jjokin but man, still can't believe this. I get the title today and she'll be home. Excited is the word for today for me and her!

that rear hatch is quite cool too, ive never really liked the notchbacks but that one looks different somehow, those scoops on the side ?

Yey right!.... I'll work on it.....and work on it..... and then she'll drive it....Jjokin, in all seriousness, she loves getting dirty on the blocks and stuff. She knows her engine accessories, intakes, etc, etc.... so , I'm kind of well, f'ed..... She want's a big ol' cam and some different wheels already....It's like her plan of makeup for it.... Anyway.... Ya know what I'll be doing for a couple of weeks....UGH!

Can you not coax her into getting a camaro instead and you can have the TA ? so shes sorta getting the same car but not messing around with the TA at the same time, lol

I've talked her into keeping it stock, all she wants is a small lopey cam. That's all she wants , along with maybe some wheels, but keep the originals. I can't wait to work on it this weekend. You guys have a good one.

Just thought I'd show ya pics and a vid of this weekend.... I was off Friday, and so the madness began. Dee(wife) helped tear down and build this one also. Same as my Turbo engine. Anyway. I had a bunch of stuff from preexisting cars to use, so, well, we used them. Pete Jackson gears, Crane Energizer cam, MSD distro, Holley performer, lifters, and I paid for a new alternator and a new water pump, oh, and the chrome valve covers, not expensive ones either. I had a couple of air cleaners laying around so, anyway. Here's the updates, my wife is a comedian, so just listen for the AVON joke. This is why me and her get along so good....GOOD HUMOR! HA!
