HI,
I am sure as long as your Voice or Scanner device has external triggering inputs, then most alarms I would imagine have aux inputs/outputs.
The one I have has Aux inputs and outputs to link to other parts.
So linking it shouldn't be a problem.
I am currently completing my Scanner design which has just this feature, but there is no launch as yet (But Soon).
