QUESTION... Why post a link to an auction and "pretend" it's not your own? Perhaps a way to deceive the board rules based on trusted vendor approval... Who knows, just that deception and behaviour outlined in this link should and is NOT tolerated in our forum.

Dave makes parts for me at my request and any parts he makes he has sole rights too. If he chooses to sell said parts that is his business.

IF they were being sold as an official KIRAD product it would have KIRAD in manufacturer on the listing.

It makes no odds if my name is all over them here or not. What Dave creates he has sole rights too.

If he chooses to sell stuff on his own ebay then that is his business not mine. When i sell KIRAD parts they are listed as KIRAD parts........END OF.

And if you want to go and post all about what has been said then go ahead as i have copies of the emails and know exactly what has been said. Im NOT worried as i know its all hogwash and have tons and tons of photos of me making all my parts. If i am slandered as a recaster without definative proof i can assure you the s@@t will hit the fan and you can take that to the bank. I find it funny that you dont see big businesses in the world biccering like they are in primary school playgrounds. Vendors can work together if they stop all the childish biccering.

The amount of people i have sent to you for parts is unbelievable and im fed up of supporting people to get kicked in the teeth.

Ive also never hounded you for a replacement gel that you messed up on over a year ago as we all make mistakes, but damn someone else isnt allowed too.

I, as an electronics vendor step up to this discussion with concerns - NOT my direct concerns but many concerns from SEVERAL HIGHLY RESPECTED folks from our tiny community and hope that they will voice their concerns NOW as I have opened this subject on their behalf. Note they DID NOT ask me to do this, I done this on MY OWN WISHES that all concerned here will be directed to a correct path of our "honor system" and the hobby's "honor system"
What you do in conjunction with British laws and government has NOTHING to do with our hobby's "honor system" and "Trusted Vendor" system.

So... Before you or your "partner" decide to respond - SLEEP ON IT and give this subject, from what started this to now, COMPLETE and thorough thought.

Since I just "re-read" this post and you mention pics, a few pics of your construction of the Season 1-2 nose would be interesting... Especially with the fact that they so much resemble Joao's.

I (we) would like to see some photos that document foam/mold creation "carving" similar to that of Billy Gunter and those of Bo McDonald - BOTH of whom documented their TRUE CREATIONS. BOTH of which took MORE THAN A YEAR!! I've been waiting on a REAL season 2 dash for the better part of 2 YEARS!! It is still in it's REAL creation stages! You seem to pop off parts like they are already designed!! Oh... Or are they? Not to mention you are the SECOND TOP POSTER on this forum!

This will be my last post in an open public forum.

I do not have any pictures of the creation of my season 1-3 nose as at the time i did not realise it would be a neccesary procedure. I explained this to Joao himself when he enquired about it. I have since then took pictures to overcome this issue. You can take that what ever way you please.

Secondly................. I do not see where as a fiberglass fabricator you have to sculpt/carve from foam etc. Im a fully qualified glasser/body paint specialist and do not always do so. It is within normal realms of the business to take a poorly made part and use it as a base to rework it into your own part. This i have done but always on a part that is so poorly made that none of the original remains and most of my sculpting is done with filler ( bondo ).

Im not being funny but when im making a plug for casting i spend anywhere up to 12 hours a day working on said parts. It took me months to make the pilot/season 1 dash but only a few weeks to turn that into a season 2 dash as you only have to add a part of a cast dash pad to it and level off.

If that is wrong then ive obviously been doing my job for the past 20 years incorrectly and have been taught totally wrong at college.

I think its all down to interpritation but if you alter a part in such a massive way it becomes your part and the work that has had to be put into it is not a quick fix. I could totally understand people if i was just taking a part and copying it and YES that would make me a recaster. BUT this is something ive not done.

I will state that with your above post, you are ADMITTING BY STATING that by taking a part and "splashing" or RECASTING because it's a "bad part" A bad part in who's eyes?

Ive never wanted to be a vendor on that board and have never asked to be such so banning me isnt a problem.

You dont need to worry about banning me anyways as i was going to leave the board anyways. I find it rediculous that such utter rubbish is being policed. And fyi. a bad part is one that is distorted, doesnt fit and is far from accurate obviously. I had purchased so many parts of that calibure for my car that i basically got fed up with it.

In my eyes you are a very petty little man.
